Monthly kayak demonstrations from French Creek Outfitters. The demonstrations and instruction will be held between 1pm and 6pm. French Creek Outfitters will provide all safety gear and paddling equipment at the event. There is a $15 demo fee for all those who wish to try out kayaks. The Nu Frontier Tour in the fall was great, but now that the Frontier is in production, we are anxious to meet up with NuCanoe Dealers and NuCanoe owners. We’ll be planning fishing trips, demos days, and more. We hope to see you along the way!

Kayaks by Bo is in the process of moving into their brand new store and we’ll be among the first to see it. We’ll be meeting Tom at the store in the afternoon, and then heading to the water with anyone who is interested. Friday, April 27 – Lake Charles, LA

The Ship to Shore is hosting a Pub Paddle from 4:00-7:00pm on Friday, April 27 at the Huddle Up Sports Bar & Grill. Bring your own kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddleboards, or whatever floats. As a member of Team NuCanoe, I frequently get questions from prospective buyers asking my opinion of the NuCanoe and various rigging options. With the arrival of the Frontier, I’ve started receiving requests to compare the two models and to comment as to whether the Frontier is worth the higher price tag.

Let me start out by saying that you can’t go wrong with either model. Both are, by far, a much better purchase decision for a fisherman than any S.O.T. kayak. In fact, I don’t even put NuCanoes into the same category as kayaks……
